Father had quite a few records of TalatMehmood. While I always enjoyed Talat's songs, I have come to greatly appreciate his amazing talent and his wonderful contribution to music. Am always awed by the extra-ordinary musical tastes of our father.
This one was a radio favourite in the eighties and one of my much loved Talat songs. He sings it with Hemlata, for Chitragupta in the 1987 devotional movie Vali-e-Aazam.
