My beloved Madanmohan, his music, especially the ghazals, have kept me enthralled for decades. He died when he was only 50 - had he lived longer...
I can't choose favourites from his songs, they are all so dear - but if at this very moment, someone held a gun to my head, I would pick "Maine rang li aaj chunariya.." by Lata.
Interestingly enough, I appear to have not picked a ghazal.
